Positive: If you want to feel the atmosphere of German farm living - the place is quite good for that. If you want smth comfortable and modern - its not for you Amazing nature ( we had been going there near 10 km through forest by car) They have super cute horses there
Negative: There was very cold in the house (November) and the heating was only one small electric heater, and it was not enough. It was hard to sleep in so cold room. Water stinks like hydrogen sulfide, it could be dangerous washing and do not drink it or brush your teeth with it. The house stinks with old wet mold. There were no option like drinking water/tea/ coffee/ food, no personnel. No Wi Fi This apartment could only be used in summer.
